Camelot has won the 2000 Guineas. Held up and in cruise mode, the jockey, Joseph o'Brien tracked the eventual second in th final furlong and a half before prevaliing in a hard-fought finish.
Homecoming Queen wins 1000 Guineas.
Aidan o'Brien is in the winners enclosure again with second string Homecoming Queen. Supposed pace-maker Homecoming Queen stole this race after quickening clear after setting a steady pace. The field could not resond quick enough due to the soft underfoot conditions. Kudos to jockey Ryan Moore.
